How do I request Meet & Assist?
Mention Meet & Assist in the notes when you book your airport transfer, or tell our reservations desk. Include your flight number so we can track your arrival.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting.
Where will the chauffeur meet me?
In the arrivals area, holding a board with your name. You also receive the chauffeur's name, phone number and car registration before pickup.
Is Meet & Assist available at every airport?
It is offered at the major airports listed on this page. For other airports, ask our desk and we will confirm what is possible.
