Our only official reservation numbers

Only pay us in these two ways
- On our website, wheelsrentacar.com, through the secure Razorpay checkout.
- Through a Razorpay payment link that shows the merchant name “Wheels Rent A Car”.
We never ask you to pay an “advance to confirm” your booking to a personal UPI ID, a mobile number, a bank account in an individual's name or a QR code sent over chat.
Beware of fake numbers
Fraudsters list fake phone numbers against our name on Google Maps, search results, classified sites and social media. A listing that looks official may not be. If a number isn't one of the two above, don't trust it — even if the caller knows your trip details.
What we will never ask for
- One-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your phone.
- Your card PIN, CVV or full card number over a call or chat.
- Your UPI PIN, or that you “approve a request to receive money”.
- That you install screen-sharing or remote-access apps such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
The OTP we send when you sign in on our website is for you to type on wheelsrentacar.com only. Never read it out to anyone.
How to check a booking is genuine
- Call us on one of our official numbers and quote your booking reference.
- Look up the booking yourself in Manage booking with your booking reference and mobile number.
- Check that any web address is exactly wheelsrentacar.com before entering details or paying.
How to report fraud
- Tell us: email ramesh@wheelsrentacar.com or call +91 70757 20095 with the number, link or account used, and screenshots if you have them.
- If you have lost money, call the national cybercrime helpline 1930 as soon as possible and file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in (opens in a new tab). Also inform your bank straight away.
