Our aim

We aim for wheelsrentacar.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We design and test the website with accessibility in mind, including:

• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on links, buttons and form fields.
• Labels and descriptions for form fields, icons and controls so screen readers can announce them.
• Text and background colours chosen for good contrast.
• Text that can be resized or zoomed up to 200% without losing content, and layouts that work on small screens.
• Clear headings and page structure, and support for reduced-motion settings.

Known limitations

• Payment checkout is provided by Razorpay, a third party. Its accessibility is outside our direct control; if you have difficulty paying, call us and we can help you complete the booking.
• Address suggestions are provided by Google Maps and may not always be announced consistently by every screen reader. You can type your full address instead of choosing a suggestion.

We are working to improve these and other areas as we find them.

Help with your trip

If you or someone travelling with you needs help getting into or out of the car, space for a wheelchair or walking aid, or a larger vehicle such as a van, tell us what you need when you book. We'll do our best to arrange a suitable car and brief your chauffeur. Availability varies by city, so the more notice you can give, the better.
