  1. We check every car

    Chauffeurs check the car at the end of every duty for anything left behind.

  2. Items go to the city office

    Anything found is handed over to our office in that city and logged against the trip.

  3. We get in touch

    If we find something linked to your booking, we'll contact you to arrange its return.
