Tolls and parking paid during the trip are added at actuals, with receipts on your itemised bill.
When does the package time start?
From the pickup time you booked, at your pickup address. It ends when the chauffeur drops you back.
Can I extend while on the trip?
Yes — just tell your chauffeur. Extra hours and kilometres are billed at the rates on your booking, and you receive an itemised bill with a secure payment link after the trip.
Can I use a local package to go out of the city?
Local packages are meant for use within the city. For trips to another town, book an outstation round trip or one-way drop so allowances and permits are priced correctly.
Is GST included?
Package prices are shown before 5% GST; the booking summary shows the full amount including GST before you pay.
