Waiting & flight tracking
Pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting. If your flight is delayed, we plan around the new arrival time as long as we have your flight number. Waiting beyond the free period is billed in hourly steps at the rate on your booking and shown on your itemised bill.

Is there a night surcharge?
A night surcharge applies to pickups between 11 pm and 5 am where shown on the fare. It is included in the total you see before paying.
