What is included in a chauffeur-drive fare?
The car, a trained chauffeur, fuel and GST for the package or distance booked. Tolls, parking and permits are billed at actuals, and extra kilometres or hours at the rates on your booking.
When is a night allowance charged?
Where applicable — typically when the chauffeur is on duty late at night or early in the morning. Any such charge is shown on your booking before you pay.
Can I choose a specific car model?
You book a car category, such as Sedan or Innova Crysta / Hycross. Exact models vary by city; examples are shown for each category on our fleet page.
How do I get the chauffeur's details?
We send the chauffeur's name, phone number and car registration by SMS, WhatsApp and email before pickup. You can also see them in Manage booking.
