Is the fare the same for pickups and drops?
Yes. Airport transfers are flat fares for either direction and include a fixed distance. Extra kilometres beyond that are charged at the per-km rate shown on your booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. We track the flight and plan the pickup around the actual arrival. Pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting; longer waits are billed hourly at the rate on your booking.
Are parking and tolls included?
Airport parking and tolls are billed at actuals with receipts. A night surcharge applies to pickups between 11 pm and 5 am where shown on the fare.
How will I find my chauffeur?
You receive the chauffeur's name, phone number and car registration by SMS, WhatsApp and email before pickup. At airports with meet & assist, the chauffeur waits in arrivals with a name board.
