Cancellation charges

Charges depend on how long before the scheduled reporting time you cancel. Any refund is the amount you paid less the applicable charge. The charge never exceeds the fare of your booking.

Local, airport and outstation bookings
When you cancelCharge
2 hours or more before the reporting timeFree
Less than 2 hours before, or after the car has left our premisesMinimum rental + GST
No-showMinimum rental + GST
What “minimum rental” means
TripMinimum rental
Local packageThe 4 hr / 40 km slab of the car booked (8 hr / 80 km where only that slab is offered)
Airport transferThe flat transfer fare
OutstationOne day's minimum: 300 km × the per-km rate, plus one day's driver bhatta

A no-show means the passenger does not arrive at the pickup point, cannot be contacted, or the booking is cancelled after the chauffeur has reached the pickup point.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the cancellation is processed. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show the credit.
  • If we cancel your booking or cannot serve it, you get a full refund of the amount paid.

Extras billed after your trip

Some charges can only be worked out once the trip is complete — such as extra kilometres or hours beyond your package, driver allowances, and tolls, parking and permits at actuals. Kilometres and hours are counted from our garage and back. These are billed at the rates shown on your booking. We send an itemised bill with a secure payment link for any balance.

Changing a booking

If you need a different time, date or car, contact us as early as possible. We will try to accommodate the change; any difference in fare will be charged or refunded.

How to cancel

The time we receive your cancellation is used to work out any charge. You'll get a confirmation once it has been processed.

Corporate accounts may have different terms under their agreement with us. For anything not covered here, see our terms of use or contact our grievance officer.
